Zac is the Founder and CEO of Caliburn Technologies and Fathom5, where he leads the development and deployment of TempestOS, the first operating system purpose-built to integrate cyber, artificial intelligence, robotics, and sensor capabilities at the tactical edge. Previously, Zac founded and led FATHOM5, a defense technology company that deployed the Navy’s first artificial intelligence program of record aboard a warship, helping establish a foundation for trusted AI in operational environments. A former US Navy officer and cyber warfare practitioner, Zac directed the Navy’s Center for Cyber Warfare Research and was honored with the Secretary of the Navy’s Innovation Catalyst Award for accelerating the adoption of advanced software capabilities across the fleet.
